1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of OnTarget Cuyahoga Falls Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Services Provided
We provide towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related services in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and specific circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a job is unsafe, beyond our capabilities, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on factors including distance, vehicle type, time of day, and specific service requirements. We provide estimates over the phone, but final charges may vary based on actual conditions encountered. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method.
4. Vehicle Owner Responsibility
You must be the registered owner of the vehicle or have proper authorization to request towing services. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before it is towed. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles during transport. You must disclose any known mechanical issues, damage, or modifications that could affect safe towing of your vehicle.
5. Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during towing and transport, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden mechanical issues, or damage that occurs due to factors beyond our control. Our insurance covers damages that result directly from our negligence or improper handling. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover fuel and labor costs. If you are not present at the service location when our driver arrives, additional fees may apply for return trips or extended wait times.
7. Customer Conduct
We expect customers to treat our staff with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a customer engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the nature of the problem to ensure we can provide appropriate assistance.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our service or billing, please contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to addressing customer concerns promptly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled according to the laws of the State of Ohio.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, loss of income, or other economic losses. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
